The Property has converted to key fobs to access the mailroom, gym, tennis courts, pool, spa and laundry room.

Key Fobs can be obtained at the front desk of Grapevine Property Services Office – Owners may pickup key fobs, or a designated person may pickup fobs with the completed form below. 1 key fob per unit. Lost key fobs can be replaced for $50.00 each and the original key fob will be deactivated.
