OPTION 1: CLUB USAGE
We are now allowing official Clubs formed by owners/residents to utilize the building free of charge and without needing an additional insurance policy during their 4 hour reservation time block.
Currently there has been interest for a Game Club and residents are working to form the club soon.
Club members are permitted to use the Clubhouse as long as all members are in good standing and have a hold harmless agreement signed releasing the Windsong Sonoma HOA and Grapevine Property Services LLC of all liability while using the building.

OPTION 2: CLUBHOUSE RENTALS FOR EVENTS/FAMILY PARTIES:
Please read through the information below:
INSURANCE INFORMATION: Failure to provide insurance that meets the attached requirements will result in the event being cancelled. Certificate of Insurance for the day of the event is required and must be received 7 days prior to the event. Certificates can be obtained from your individual insurance agent as a rider to your policy. Coverage must be for $1,000,000 liability and $10,000 per person medical coverage. The Windsong Sonoma HOA and Grapevine Property Services LLC must be named as Also Insured on the policy.
INSURANCE ADVICE: We advise residents to start with their personal insurance agent and company first. If unable to pull a policy together with personal agent then look in to a one day event insurance policy externally. Recent insurance policies have been in the +/- $300 range.
GENERAL INFORMATION: The Clubhouse is available for owners (who are in good standing) to rent for private (no open to the public) events.
The building is designed to be utilized for family parties and family events. No usage for exercise or movement classes/events; including (*but not limited to*) yoga, line-dancing and other fitness instruction.
Tenants may rent the facility with proof of owner consent on the signed application.
The clubhouse must be clean and event completed by 9pm. Rental of the clubhouse does not include usage of the pool deck, gym or community charcoal BBQ area. The pool door is safety alarmed to prevent exiting to the pool deck. On the day of your event, the key-fob for the Clubhouse can be used after 7am to enter the building and will work until 9pm to re-enter.
SCHEDULING: Dates are available on a first come first serve basis. Use of Clubhouse facilities can be denied by the Board based off of scheduling conflicts and other related issues.
Windsong Sonoma is not responsible for lost costs associated with cancelled events under any circumstances. Any event that does not match the described event will be cancelled.
Deposit: returnable $250/rental, full insurance information is located on the application below. (we have removed the $60/day rental cost) Please email questions and completed application to: events@windsongrp.com
